Information collected and used by Thinkgoogly.net
Thinkgoogly.net requires users to submit their name and a valid email address as part of the subscription process. Members may create a profile comprising a nickname and image, neither of which needs to be personally identifying. Members choose this information themselves and can modify or remove it at any time.
Non-registered players (visitors) play the 'Nets' game(s) anonymously and are unable to interact with any other players or have their results recorded.
Thinkgoogly.net also logs non-personally identifiable information including IP address, aggregate user data, and browser type, from members and visitors. These data are used to manage the website, track usage and improve services.
We may also use a user's email address to contact them about Thinkgoogly.net services. These email addresses will NEVER be provided to third parties.
Thinkgoogly.net member accounts are created with an automatically generated password, which members are encouraged to then change to one they have created themselves. Thinkgoogly.net takes precautions to ensure that member account information is kept private. We use reasonable measures to protect member information that is stored within our database, and we restrict access to member information to those employees who need access to perform their job functions.

Thinkgoogly.net will not disclose personal information to any third party unless we believe that disclosure is necessary to:
- Conform to legal requirements or to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other legal process received by Thinkgoogly.net, whether or not a response is required by applicable law;
- Protect the safety of members of the public and users of the service.
